How to order Don Pie: outlet, pickup and delivery

This page explains every way to get DonChef’s pies, made to Don Pie founder Chef Don Lim’s recipe, as of October 2026, and links to the official sites where you actually place an order. We do not take orders ourselves.

The four ways to get a Don pie

Where do I place an order?

The simplest starting point is donpieclub.com.sg, the “DON: Your Personal Pie Club” site, which uses the original shop name and soft-launched in April 2025 for online orders. Its shop button takes you into the live Chicken Pie Kitchen ordering system, buy.chickenpie.sg, where DonChef’s pies, cakes and, for the right outlets, crab dishes are ordered for pickup or delivery. Some older product pages on the pie club site still show 2024 prices, so go by the prices in the ordering system.

For the restaurant’s own story, full menu and contact details, the main website is chickenpie.sg, and its contact page lists every outlet address and opening hours.

How does ordering ahead work?

From the ordering site’s FAQ, as of October 2026:

1. Choose pickup or delivery, and the outlet or address. Pie prices appear only after you choose an outlet.
2. Add your items. Personal pies feed one; whole pies feed four to six.
3. Pay. Online orders are paid by credit card. For pickup orders, PayNow or bank transfer can be arranged through WhatsApp.
4. Collect from the outlet you ordered at. A pickup order cannot be collected from a different outlet.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. Lead times vary: one product page asks for at least 90 minutes’ notice, and some special items need days of notice. How does delivery work?

• Drivers are third-party. Deliveries go out with services such as Grab, Lalamove or GoGoX, on a best-effort time slot; an exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
• The fee is based on distance, with surcharges at festive peaks and for some places, such as Sentosa, the CBD, malls and Changi Airport.
• Free islandwide delivery above $200 is advertised on the brand’s home page.

Older posts mention a flat $15 delivery fee and 24 hours’ notice. Those were the 2022 terms and have been replaced, so rely on the ordering site.

Can I use GrabFood or foodpanda?

Yes, for some outlets. The brand lists Tyrwhitt Road, AMK Hub and Wisma Atria on GrabFood and foodpanda for instant delivery. App prices and fees are set on the apps. Some older pages also list Deliveroo, which stopped operating in Singapore in March 2026.

Can I order by phone or WhatsApp?

The brand’s hotline, 6993 3333, is also a WhatsApp number. Each kiosk has its own WhatsApp number, listed on our outlet pages: AMK Hub, Wisma Atria, White Sands and Tiong Bahru Plaza. General enquiries go to hello@chickenpie.sg.

What about bulk, corporate and charity orders?

The brand’s contact page says it handles bulk orders from 100 pieces upward, custom pies, and government and institutional orders. Charity and school requests go to marketing@chickenpie.sg with the item, size, quantity and date. What if something is wrong with my order?

The refund policy asks you to contact the brand within 2 hours of receiving your order, with photos. Refunds or exchanges are for preparation or quality faults.

Before you order: three checks

1. Prices. The printed February 2026 menu gives $6.80 for a personal Original Chicken Pie, but online prices are set per outlet and may differ.
2. Halal. No pork, no lard; not Halal-certified. See is Don Pie halal.
3. Keeping. The brand says pies are best within four hours and can be chilled up to three days.
