Is Don Pie still open?

Yes. The founder's pies are baked and sold today by Chicken Pie Kitchen & Don Signature Crab. The early Don Pie shops at Far East Square and China Square and the Toa Payoh North stalls have closed, which is why some people think the pies disappeared.
